Construction/Mitigation Monitoring
Construction/Mitigation Monitoring is a process that tracks and ensures compliance with mitigation measures during construction. It is required by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). We are a small Biological Consulting firm that will help you every step of the way navigating the review process swiftly and cost-effectively. Our group of in-house biologists brings a wealth of construction and environmental permitting experience to every project. Their ability to help navigate the permitting process and communicate with involved Resource Agencies can add substantial value and reduce the chance of project delays.

Capabilities:
- Pre-Construction Special Status Plant Surveys
- Pre-Construction Surveys for Nesting Raptors and Passerine Birds
- Setting up Nest Buffers
- Pre-Construction Special Status Wildlife Surveys
- Review of Construction Permits
- Worker Awareness Training (WEAP)
- OSHA Trained
- Safety Trained
- Coordinating with Resource Agencies
- Attending Construction Meetings
- Pre-Construction, Daily and Post-Construction Reporting

- To avoid or reduce significant environmental impacts
- To ensure that project design features are implemented
Why it’s important
Mitigation monitoring ensures that mitigation measures are implemented and that the project complies with CEQA. It also helps reduce the impact of risk by ensuring that project teams can respond quickly to situations.
