Construction/Mitigation Monitoring is a process that tracks and ensures compliance with mitigation measures during construction. It is required by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Trampas Canyon Dam and Reservoir Project

Leatherman BioConsulting, Inc. monitored the construction of Trampas Canyon Dam services, including the Worker Environmental Awareness Program/Training.

Santa Ana River Mainstem Project

The Santa Ana River Mainstem Project is a major flood control project currently under construction by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

Tehachapi Renewable Transmission Project

Leatherman BioConsulting, Inc. biologists conducted focused pre-construction surveys for numerous special-status plant species. During construction, we conducted focused pre-construction surveys for the arroyo toad, California red-legged frog, western pond turtle, two-striped garter snake, and coast range newt.
